“National Recovery Service” (erstwhile “Pristav” debt agency) was established in Russia in 2005 by successful businessmen and financiers. “NRS” provides collection services at all recovery stages: pre-trial, trial and enforcement; as well as being actively involved in the acquisition of overdue debt portfolios. Today the agency successfully represents the recovery arm of  banks, insurance companies, telephone companies, micro financial organisations, housing and public utilities, retail networks, and other companies selling credit products.
